PENSIONER’S PENSION SLIP: Very good news has come for millions of pensioners in the country, a very important circular has been issued by the Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO) of the Government of India.

There have been complaints from pensioners for a long time that the banks paying pensions do not provide them with Pension Slips.

Let me tell you that the central government has told all the banks that all the pension-paying banks should send the Pension Slip to the registered mobile of the pensioners after crediting their pension.

Along with this, the pension slip has to be WhatsApp or emailed to them. So in this way, your pension slip will reach you after your pension is credited.

Changes made in Pension Slip

After putting the pension every month in the account of the pensioners, the pension slip will be sent to their registered number or email. In which format will the pension slip be, how will the pension slip look and what will you get to see in that pension slip, let me tell you.

Pension Slip will have complete information

It has been told here by the government that the pension slip should be with complete information. Pension Slip should have your PPO number.

There should be the full name of the pensioner. The slip should have the branch code name of that branch and the bank account number.

The date of retirement should be written. The date of birth of the pensioner should be in that pension slip. There should be a PAN number, there should be an Aadhaar number.

Pensioners will not face any problems now

The pension slip should mention when the computation installment started being deducted and what is its end date. Along with this, if there is any disability, what is its end date? The submission date of the life certificate should be mentioned.

When will the next life certificate be submitted, and what is its due date, that should also be mentioned in the pension slip. Along with this, the date when the payment of the family pension at the increased rate has been started should be written in the pension slip.

The pension slip will have details of additional pension

The earning column in the pension slip should contain what is your basic amount, what is your additional pension, what percentage of dearness allowance are you getting, how much fixed medical allowance are you getting, and how much constant attendance allowance are you getting. Along with this, how much arrears the pensioner has received should also be mentioned in the pension slip.
