PM Kisan Yojna: The good news is for all the farmer brothers associated with the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
If sources are to be believed, the central government is preparing to release the 17th installment of this scheme soon.
It is worth noting that under this scheme, the government puts an annual assistance amount of Rs 6,000 directly into the account of the beneficiary farmers. This amount is given in installments.
16 installments have been received so far
Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers have benefitted from 16 installments so far. The last i.e. 16th installment was released on 28 February 2024, in which more than Rs 21,000 crore was transferred to the accounts of more than 9 crore farmers.
When will the 17th installment come
As told, the 17th installment is likely to be released on June 18. However, the official announcement doesn’t come. You can check your name by visiting the website of the scheme whether you are on the list or not.

For this, follow these easy steps:
First of all, go to the website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
On the homepage of the website, you will see the “Kisan Corner” section on the right side. Under this, select the option “See your name”.
Now a new option will open in front of you. Here you have to choose and enter one of the options from your Aadhaar number, registration number, or mobile number.
After this, fill in the captcha code and click on the “Search” button.
After entering everything correctly, your beneficiary status will open in front of you.
Here you will know whether you are on the list to get benefits under this scheme or not and if yes, then you will also get information about whether you have got the benefit of the 17th installment or not.
