Both Poco X6 Neo and Realme 12 5G have recently arrived in the Indian market. Poco and Realme, both competing companies, have launched their new phones on affordable budgets.
Both Realme 12 5G and Poco X6 Neo have come to India with a budget of Rs 15,000 to Rs 17,000. One has Dimensity 6100+ and the other comes with Dimensity 6080 processor, whose performance we have seen in many budget phones before.

POCO X6 5G vs Realme 12 Full Specifications in Detail
Display: Realme 12 5G has a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display. This display will come with 120Hz refresh rate support, and brightness up to 950 nits. Although there is no protection glass on the screen. POCO X6 Neo 5G, on the other hand, comes with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display.
It will also have 120Hz refresh rate support and brightness up to 1000 nits, but Corning Gorilla Glass 5 is also present here to protect the screen. The display size and resolution are almost the same in both, but the Poco phone has a better screen here.
Processor: Talking about Poco Along with this, it has up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. With the micro SD slot, you can also expand the phone’s storage up to 1TB. Realme 12 5G has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, which is new.
It also has up to 8GB of RAM, but the storage in both variants is only 128 GB. However, it has the upper hand on the software side, as it has Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 software, whereas Poco X6 Neo has MIUI skin on Android 13.
Camera: Poco X6 Neo 5G has a 108MP primary sensor, which comes with f/1.7 aperture. Along with a 2MP depth sensor which will come with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, this phone has a 16MP punch-hole sensor at the top center of the front screen.
Realme 12 5G also has the same camera setup. Even though the design of the camera module is different, it also has a 108 MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera. But Realme has given only an 8MP front camera here for selfies and video calling.
Battery: Both of these smartphones have 5000mAh batteries, but the fast charging capability will help you decide here. While the Poco X6 Neo 5G supports 33W fast charging, this new phone in the Realme 12 series has 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging technology. With both smartphones, you get an adapter and charging cable.
