The government is thinking of implementing this scheme through cooperative societies. Ration dealers will give information about which things are in high demand to the cooperative societies. After this, the committees will order goods from the companies accordingly and deliver them to the ration shops.
In this entire process, ration dealers will get a commission on selling these goods. This will increase their income. At the same time, cooperative societies will also buy goods in bulk and sell them at low profit, which will directly benefit the customers.
When will this scheme start
At present, this scheme can be started as a trial in some selected districts only. If this trial is successful, then it can be implemented in the whole country.
