Singapore Airlines makes emergency landing, 1 dead and 30 injured due to terrible turbulence

SINGAPORE AIRLINES CRASHED: Due to turbulence of a Singapore Airlines flight, an emergency landing has been made at Bangkok Airport. During this period, one person died, while 30 people were injured.

According to a Reuters report, the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft was going from London to Singapore with 211 passengers and 18 crew members.

Singapore Airlines tweeted, ‘Singapore Airlines flight #SQ321, which was going from London to Singapore on 20 May 2024, encountered severe turbulence on the route. After this, the flight was diverted to Bangkok and it landed on May 21 at 3:45 pm local time.

The airline further said, ‘We confirm the death of one person and some injuries. The airline expresses its condolences to the family of the deceased. Our priority is to provide necessary health care to all passengers and crew members.

When the plane was flying in mid-air, the plane experienced strong shocks. There were several tremors due to which passengers were injured and one died. After the incident, the plane was diverted to Bangkok. The real reason for the incident has not yet been disclosed by the airlines.
