Through this scheme, consumers can reduce electricity expenses by 30% to 50%.

Under this scheme, free electricity can be availed for 20 years as the cost of solar panels is recovered in 5 years.

You can get a 20 percent subsidy on solar panels with 10 kilo-watt capacity.

To apply for this program you have to visit its official website.

A new page will open, where you select the website related to your district.

After this, you have to click on the respective online application link.

Now an enrolment form is open, where you have to fill in the required information.

Later, you have to scan and upload the required applicants and then click on the submit button.

Now your application for the free solar rooftop scheme will be completed, then you print it.
