According to a report by TOE, the Vande Bharat train running between Mumbai and Ahmedabad will run at a speed of 160 kmph from August 15. Let us tell you that the distance between Mumbai and Ahmedabad by train is 491 km, and currently it takes 5 hours and 15 minutes by Vande Bharat Express.

What is the timing of Vande Bharat on this route?

At present, two Vande Bharat trains are being run by the railways on this route. One train runs on Sundays, while the other, Vande Bharat, runs six days a week except Wednesday.

On the return journey, train number 22961 Mumbai Central-Ahmedabad Vande Bharat Express departs from Mumbai Central at 15:55 and reaches Ahmedabad at 21:25.
