SDM Priya Pandey is a resident of Nagod in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh. She studied from class 1 to 5 at a government school in her home town. Priya studied from class 6 to 12 at Rahikwara Nagaud Navodaya Vidyalaya. Priya graduated with a BSC in Biotechnology from Jabalpur. After completing his graduation degree, Priya started preparing for the PCS exam. After cracking the MP PCS 2019 exam, Priya Pandey has secured rank 1 and fulfilled her dream of becoming an officer.
Inspired by Officer Tina Dabi
Priya Pandey said she is inspired by IAS Tina Dabi, who topped the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) civil services examination in 2015. At the same time, she said, “It always remained in my mind as an inspiration that Officer Tina Dabi topped the civil services examination in her first attempt at the age of only 22. I have also been very impressed by other senior officers of the Indian Administrative Service.”
