Many actresses including Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor congratulated Deepika and Ranveer after sharing the post. The post revealed that Deepika will become a mother in September. Deepika’s house will be filled with the sound of a small guest’s laughter as that date approaches.
Deepika’s delivery date is revealed
According to a report by News 18, Deepika is going to give birth to the child on 28 September in a hospital in South Mumbai. Deepika has taken a break from films and is enjoying her pregnancy time. Fans of Deepika and Ranveer are also evidently eagerly anticipating the birth of their first child.
Earlier there were many speculations that Deepika’s child may be delivered in London, but now it is clear that the delivery is going to take place in a hospital in Mumbai itself.
Maternity leave
According to the news, Deepika is not going to return to work immediately after birthing the child. She will give her full time to the child for a few months. Reports have claimed that she is on maternity leave till March next year and will start shooting for films only after that.
Deepika will shoot for the film Kalki, which includes well-known names like Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Prabhas. Let us tell you that Kalki-2 is being directed by Nag Ashwin and it can start from January-February, 2025.
