Action will also be taken against any judge who has used abusive language among these judges. The statements of the audience who came to this show will be recorded as witnesses. At the same time, Maharashtra Cyber ​​Police wrote a letter to the YouTuber asking them to remove all 18 episodes.

On the other hand, social media influencer Apurva Mukhija, who appeared as a judge in the controversial episode of Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent, has now told Mumbai Police that the show was not scripted and that he was asked to speak “freely.”

He told the police that the judges are not paid to appear on his show, but they are free to post about the show’s content on their social media. To be a part of the show, one has to buy a ticket. The money earned from the ticket sales is given to the show’s winner.

When did the controversy start?

The controversy started when podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia made a controversial joke about ‘parents having sex’, which went viral on Samay Raina’s “India’s Got Latent”. In the viral video, a contestant was seen asking, “Would you prefer to see your parents having sex every day for the rest of your life or engage in it once and stop it forever?” This comment is being termed as obscene and objectionable.

Maharashtra Cyber ​​Police has written to YouTube on this matter. In it, the police demanded immediate deletion of all 18 objectionable episodes of India’s Got Latent show and asked for action against the channel. They have also invited YouTube to check and delete all such content.

FIR against 30 people
In this case, Anil Kumar Pandey also lodged an FIR against 30 people with the cyber police. First, the cyber police investigated all the episodes, after which the case was registered. All these people were part of the show’s judge panel. The police team also reached Ranveer Allahabadia’s house to investigate this matter.
