Serum Institute owner Adar Poonawala has bought half the shares of Dharma Productions under a deal of 1000 crores. This is the same Adar, under whose company the Kovid vaccine was manufactured.
It has also been officially announced in a press release issued by Adar’s team, in which it was said that he will now be the owner of 50 percent of Dharma Productions and Dharmatic Entertainment along with Karan Johar.
