The film is getting mixed response from the audience, but its earnings at the box office are constantly in the headlines. On the other hand, Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s film ‘L2: Empuraan’ has recorded a decline in earnings. Let’s know the box office collection of both the films so far!

‘Sikander’ rocks the box office

‘Sikander’ made a great start in India on the opening day and collected Rs 35.47 crore on the very first day. At the same time, it added Rs 19.25 crore worldwide. On the second day, the film made even stronger earnings, earning Rs 39.37 crore in India and Rs 11.80 crore from overseas.

‘Sikander’s earnings declined slightly on the third day, but it still broke the record of Vicky Kaushal’s film ‘Chava’. According to the report of Sacnilk, it did a business of more than Rs 19 crore on the third day, taking the total Indian collection to Rs 74.5 crore. At the same time, the worldwide total earnings have crossed Rs 105.89 crore.

‘L2: Empuraan’ earnings decline

It has been six days since the release of South superstar Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘L2: Empuraan’, but its earnings are now seeing a decline. According to the report of Sacnilk, it collected Rs 9 crore on the sixth day, which is less than the fifth day.

On the fifth day it earned Rs 11.15 crore, but its business decreased on the sixth day. Overall, so far ‘L2: Empuraan’ has earned Rs 79.15 crore at the Indian box office. However, the budget of the film is said to be around Rs 180 crore, due to which it still has a long way to go to become a hit.
