While investigating the matter, the police learned that this call was made from Raipur; the number from which the call was made belonged to a person named Faizan Khan.

Faizan has said that he had filed a complaint against Shahrukh, and that is why he is being implicated in the case of death threats received by SRK.
Faizan said that in Shahrukh’s 1994 film Anjaam, Shahrukh’s character killed a deer and asked his staff to cook and eat it. Faizan says that such scenes in the movie can become the reason for enmity between the two communities.
While talking to the media, Faizan said – I am a professional lawyer, and have already filed a complaint against Shahrukh Khan to the Mumbai Police Commissioner.
