The Huawei Nova 9 Pro is technically a powerhouse device chock-full of features to beat. The Snapdragon 778G powers the phone and also bundles it with HarmonyOS v2.0, thus giving this sleek little machine seamless performance levels for any user, whether casual or power users. It’s also blessed with a beautiful display of 6.72 inches, and it’s fitted with a quad-camera module at the back while it has dual front cameras that make it class apart in the market. While the device was launched at ₹38,990, it is unavailable on the major e-commerce websites.

Display

The Huawei Nova 9 Pro comes with a 6.72-inch screen and offers a resolution of 1236×2676 pixels. The display also sports OLED tech, which is promised to be rich in colors and not too shallow in blacks, while at the same time ideal for video viewing as well as for some games. The display also supports up to 120Hz refresh rates, which enables smoother scrolling and more fluid gameplay. A punch-hole is used for the front camera, causing the least possible distraction in images and providing a very immersive view.

The display is one of the best aspects of the phone, as it gives a high-grade visual experience. The pixel density is very high to ensure that images and text are sharp, then its fast refresh rate increases usability by allowing things to be smooth even when multitasking or gaming.

Camera

Camera setup sees an upgrade in the Nova 9 Pro as it features a quad-camera system on the back and two on the front. There, users can capture their photographs using a 50MP primary camera at the back. Other sensors apart from this include ultra-wide-angle shots, depth sensing, and macro photography, all of which ensure photography experience versatility.

Dual front cameras feature, allowing two 32MP sensors which is great for selfie and video calls. These cameras have been built to capture clear images even in poor lighting conditions. With this camera, the Nova 9 Pro is just ideal for photography lovers who enjoy both portrait shots and wide-angle shots.

Performance and Storage

The Huawei Nova 9 Pro comes powered by a Snapdragon 778G processor. The Octa-core processor is clocked at 2.4GHz with no flaws in delivering faster and seamless performances for almost anything, be it gaming, video editing, or high-intensity multitasking. It has 8GB of RAM, which is more than enough for most users.

The Nova 9 Pro also provides 128GB of memory. this is good for just storing the app, photos, and videos, though it does not support expandable storage in case of a larger capacity requirement. Storage will instead rely on external cloud storage.

Battery Life

For me, the standout features in this phone have been the 4000mAh battery that supports up to 100W fast charging. That makes the charging of the phone from 0% to 100% within a few minutes, and that’s pretty convenient for users always on the go. The capacity of the battery is decent but not in the league of some competition, though the super-fast charging compensates for that.
