India has seen the launch of the Lava Prowatch X. With features such as a 1.43-inch (466×466 pixel) AMOLED screen, heart rate and SpO2 monitoring, over 110 sports modes, an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, and a sizable battery, this wristwatch was introduced. This smartwatch has been priced under five thousand rupees.
On Saturday, Lava introduced the Prowatch X in India. The company’s most recent smartwatch has an aluminum alloy frame and a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen. Heart rate variability (HRV) tracking and SpO2 monitoring are two of the health tracking functions that the wearable provides. Additionally, it has Bluetooth and GPS. It is stated that the Prowatch X can run on a single charge for up to 10 days. Also, it is rated IP68 for protection from water and dust.
The price and availability of Prowatch X
The Lava Prowatch X smartwatch will be available for pre-order from February 15 to February 18 and retails for Rs 4,499 in India. According to the organization, consumers who use any bank debit or credit card to finish their purchase can receive a discount of Rs 1,000.
Flipkart will start selling the smartwatch in India on February 21. There will be metal, nylon, and silicone strap options in addition to the single Cosmic Grey color option.
Features and Details of the Prowatch X

The Prowatch X has a 1.43-inch (466×466 pixel) Corning Gorilla Glass 3 AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 30 Hz, a maximum brightness of 500 nits, and a pixel density of 326 ppi. The company that makes it claims that it is compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones and contains a dual-core ATD3085C processor.
A six-axis accelerometer, barometer, altimeter, compass, and the HX3960 PPG sensor, that measures heart rate and SpO2, are just a few of the many sensors that make up the Prowatch X. It supports calling and responds quickly thanks to its integrated GPS and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
According to Lava, the Prowatch can track more than 110 sports, workouts, and six organized running courses using these sensors. Additionally, it provides aerobic training effects and intelligent exercise recognition (IER). Body energy monitoring, VO2 max, HRV, post-workout recovery analysis, SpO2 monitoring, sleep tracking, and breathing exercises are some of the additional health tracking capabilities that the smartwatch offers.
The 300mAh battery of the Prowatch X is said to last up to 10 days between charges, or roughly 17 hours when GPS tracking is turned on or 5 hours while using Bluetooth. Lava claims to have worked with Techarc to confirm the Prowatch X’s accuracy.
The wearable has extra functionality like tracking of watches and smartphones and monitoring of the Air Quality Index (AQI). The company claims that there are more than 110 watch faces available to customers. Lava has not stated if the Prowatch X can be worn while swimming, although it claims that it has an IP68 level for water and dust protection and can be used in “mild rain.”
