OnePlus 13: The OnePlus company is set to launch the upcoming smartphone, the OnePlus 13, in select global markets, including the Indian market. The OnePlus brand has confirmed the launch date. The international version of the smartphone is expected to be similar to the edition introduced in China. OnePlus 13R can also be introduced along with the flagship model.
The OnePlus 13 smartphone can have a 6.82-inch quad-HD + LTPO AMOLED screen. Apart from this, a triple rear camera setup, 6,000mAh battery and 100W wired can be included. So let’s take a look at the possible features of the phone:-
OnePlus 13, OnePlus 13R Global Launch Date (Expected)
According to a post shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) in an X post, the upcoming OnePlus 13 series will launch in India and select global markets on January 7, 2025. It will launch at 9 pm IST during the company’s Winter Launch event. Along with the flagship OnePlus 13, the lineup may include the OnePlus 13R smartphone.
The company confirmed earlier that the OnePlus 13 will be available for sale in India via Amazon and the OnePlus India website. Leaked reports show it is available in Arctic Dawn, Black Eclipse, and Midnight Ocean colour options.
OnePlus 13 Specifications (Expected)
The Chinese version of the OnePlus 13 includes a 6.82-inch Quad-HD+ LTPO AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. It comes with the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC chip. The phone comes with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 onboard storage. The handset comes with Android 15-based ColorOS 15.
The OnePlus 13 smartphone has a triple rear camera setup for photography: a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide shooter, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. A 32-megapixel sensor is used for selfies and video calls. The smartphone has a 6,000mAh battery that supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
It is worth noting that the OnePlus Ace 5 will be launched in China with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It can be introduced on December 26.
