Reports suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra could make its official debut early next year, but numerous rumors about the flagship’s redesign are circulating online.

CAD-based renders first revealed the Galaxy S25 Ultra in March. The latest pictures show the Galaxy S25 Ultra with rounded corners and flat edges. Like the Galaxy S24 Ultra, the upcoming handset will also feature a selfie camera cutout at the top of the display.

On X (formerly Twitter), alleged renders of the Galaxy S25 Ultra have surfaced. They show the phone with a hole punch display design. It appears to have flat edges, much like the recently released Meizu smartphones. The images show the handset with a more rounded design than the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Previous reports suggested that the Galaxy S25 Ultra would feature a more rounded design. The South Korean brand has used a boxy design for its S series Ultra phones since the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: Possible Features

Samsung’s OTA server recently spotted the Galaxy S25 Ultra alongside the vanilla Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ models. The phone may use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC chip. The phones may come with several AI-based features.

According to early rumors, the Galaxy S25 Ultra may include 16GB of RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Apart from this, it can be given an upgraded quad rear camera setup, which can include a 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel sensor with 5x optical zoom and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and telephoto sensor. In addition, the phone can incorporate a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W charging.
