The Samsung Galaxy S24 comes powered by the deca-core Exynos 2400 processor, running at 3.2 GHz, plus 8 GB RAM. Though both of them offer seamless performance, Xiaomi 13 Pro does have higher RAM for good multitasking.
Display Quality
The screen of the Xiaomi 13 Pro is larger-6.73 inches with a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, whereas Samsung Galaxy S24 has a 6.2-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. Both displays sport a refresh rate of 120 Hz that offers seamless scrolling and smooth gaming. The display of the Xiaomi 13 Pro is more detailed, considering a higher resolution and bigger size.

While both are incredibly capable cameras, the regular 50MP sensors in the Xiaomi 13 Pro could offer better uniformity across different modes of shooting.

Softwere

In terms of having a more recent OS, the former may have an edge, but both phones will be getting regular updates to keep them fresh with recent features and updates in terms of security. From this reasoning, I do not consider this aspect a differentiator for my requirements.
