  • Instructions of any Guru Start yoga practice in the morning.
  • Sunrise and sunset are the right times for yoga.
  • Take a bath before doing yoga.
  • Do yoga on an empty stomach, do not eat anything 2 hours before doing it.
  • Wear comfortable cotton clothes.
  • Practice yoga in a calm and clean environment.
  • Practice yoga in the morning and the dark.
  • Do yoga according to your ability.
  • Continue practicing yoga continuously.
  • If you have any medical problem, consult a doctor first.
  • Always breathe at the end of yoga practice.

Yoga Asanas

There are many yoga asanas but we are showing you some asanas as follows…

Gomukhasana

  • Sit with both feet spread out facing each other. Fold both feet and keep the heels near the right ankle.
  • Fold both feet and keep them on top of the feet in such a way that both knees are on top of each other.
  • Hold the right hand and keep the neck and waist straight
  • After doing this for about 1 minute from one side, do this from the other side

Yogmudrasana

  • Raise both feet and place them on both legs in such a way that the heel of the left foot comes below the navel.
  • Raise both feet and place them in such a way that the heel of the left foot meets below the navel.
  • Taking both hands behind, hold the wrist of the left hand with the right hand, then while releasing the breath, bend towards the front and try to touch the nose to the ground and do the process of changing hands.
  • Complete the pose by changing legs.

Sarvangasana

  • Spread the lotus flower and lie down on the hair of the stomach.
  • Raise both legs slowly to 90 degrees and then with the help of knees, raise the lower part of the body so much that it stands straight on the shoulders.
  • Support the stomach with the hands.
  • First slowly, in the previous position, first place the stomach on the ground and then slowly straighten the feet as well.

Pranayam

  • Sit in meditation posture.
  • Inhale slowly from the nose.
  • Exhale from both the nostrils after stopping the energy.
  • Exhale from the right side after breakfast.
  • Exhale from the right side after breakfast.
  • Exhale from the right side after breakfast.
  • Keep doing this process again and again with caution.
