Fortunately, practical and delicious recipes are now much faster and easier with the Double Chamber Airfryer! Here are 03 recipes that are both filling and delicious that you can make without spending much time in the kitchen!

1. Fried Crispy Spring Rolls

Preparation time: 17 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Cooking temperature: 200 degrees

Materials:

  • 120 grams chicken breast fillet
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 30 grams of carrots
  • 30 grams of mushrooms
  • 0.5 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 8 spring rolls
  • 1 teaspoon oil

How to make: 

1. Cut the cooked chicken breasts into pieces. Slice the celery, carrots and mushrooms into long thin strips.

2. Put the chopped chicken in a bowl and mix it with celery, carrots and mushrooms. Add ginger, sugar and chicken stock powder and mix to fill the spring rolls.

3. Beat the egg, then add the cornstarch and mix to form a thick paste. Set aside.

4. Put the stuffing you prepared into each spring roll, roll them up and seal the ends with the egg mixture. Lightly brush the spring rolls with oil to make them crispy.

5. Place the spring rolls in the large chamber of the Dual Chamber Airfryer. Operate the appliance for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

2. Sauteed Broccoli

Preparation time: 8 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Cooking temperature: 180 degrees

Materials:

  • 500 grams of broccoli
  • 1 garlic
  • 3 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 pinches sea salt, grained

How to make:

1. Cut the broccoli into 4x5cm florets. Cut away the tough parts of the stems. Then peel the rest of the stems and cut into 5x1cm strips.

2. Place the broccoli florets and the strips you chopped from the stem into a bowl. Add the unpeeled garlic cloves whole to the broccoli, add a little olive oil and mix everything well.

3. Place everything in the small bowl of the Dual Chamber Airfryer. Turn on the appliance at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and shake the bowl every 4 minutes while the broccoli is cooking.

4. Once the process is complete, place the roasted broccoli in a large bowl. Peel the roasted garlic cloves and puree them in another small bowl. Add the lemon juice and olive oil to the garlic and mix.

5. Add the sauce you prepared to the roasted broccoli, add salt and stir until the broccoli is coated with the sauce on all sides. Serve.

3. Cheese Zucchini Croquette

Preparation time: 6 minutes

Cooking time: 8 minutes

Cooking temperature: 180 degrees

Materials:

  • 200 grams of zucchini
  • 30 grams of Gouda cheese
  • 1 egg, large
  • 25 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground

How to make:

1. Grate the zucchini and remove the moisture. Grate the cheese. Mix the grated zucchini with grated cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.

2. Transfer the mixture to the large bowl of the Dual Chamber Airfryer and cook until the zucchini croquettes turn golden brown.
