Ingredients:

2 amla (finely chopped)

1 inch ginger (grated)

1 tomato (finely chopped)

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp desi ghee

2 cups water

Salt to taste

4-5 basil leaves (optional)

Method of preparation:

Heat desi ghee in a pan and add ginger and fry it a little.

Now add tomato, amla, turmeric and black pepper powder and mix well.

Add 2 cups of water and salt and bring to a boil.

Let the soup cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

If you want, you can also add basil leaves to it.
