Mumbai attack convict Tahawwur Rana is originally a Canadian citizen of Pakistan. He studied in Pakistan but later returned to Canada as a businessman. Rana is also a school friend of terrorist David Headley (Dawood Gilani). He studied with Headley for seven and five years at Pakistan’s Hasan Abdal Cadet School.
This is the same person who helped Headley get an Indian tourist visa based on fake documents.
