DA Hike: Ahead of Diwali, state government employees get another good news. This good news is related to their salary. Like many other states now Before Diwali, the Himachal Pradesh government has also given a big gift to the employees of the Tourism Development Corporation. The Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu government has also increased the dearness allowance of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation by 4 percent.
DA hikes up to 4%
Under this, the employees will be given the benefit of a 4% dearness allowance along with salary on October 28. The notification regarding DA has already been issued by the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation. According to the order, it has been decided to increase the dearness allowance of employees from the existing 34 to 38 percent with effect from April 1, 2024. The 4 percent hike in DA will be payable in cash along with the October salary. While instructions regarding the release of arrears from 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2024 will be issued separately considering the financial position of the corporation.
Employees are happy
Along with the pensioners of the state employees, a notification has also been issued to increase the DA by 4 percent for the employees of the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board and Road Transport Corporation. Now all these employees will get the benefit of 42 percent DA instead of 38 percent. Under this, employees will be given a 4% dearness allowance and bonus along with salary on October 28. Apart from this, payment of night overtime to additional employees to HRTC employees will be released before Diwali.
