Another major train accident took place in West Bengal early this morning. A series of passenger trains derailed. Yes, you heard it right. Saturday’s incident has created a new sensation among everyone. as per railways, 3 coaches of Secunderabad-Shalimar Superfast Express Derail Near Howrah. Already, relief trains and medical help from Santragachhi and Kharagpur have reached the derailment site.

As per sources, the incident took place around 5.30 am when they were heading towards Shalimar station. The express train was supposed to go from line number one, but somehow it came to line number two. No casualties have been reported in the incident so far. Train services were disrupted on the South East section of Howrah due to the incident. The South Eastern Railway authorities have started an investigation. However, it is believed that the speed has been saved from terrible danger.
It was early morning, so everyone was fast asleep. The accident took place in the early hours of Saturday when it was heading towards Shalimar station. Local people were shocked by the loud noise. They rushed to the spot. No casualties have been reported so far.

According to railway sources, 22850 trains have derailed on the southeastern section. The train departs from Secunderabad station every Friday. Yesterday, the train left for Shalimar. It was scheduled to reach Shalimar station at 6.07 am. But just before entering Shalimar, the train derailed near Nalpur station in Howrah. The train’s parcel bogie and two passenger vans derailed.
