Arvind Kejriwal: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has made a big announcement. He has said that he is going to resign from the post of Chief Minister in two days.
The Delhi CM says that He has also demanded early elections in Delhi. On Sunday, he stated, “I did not resign to save the Constitution and Republic of the country, but now I will resign from the post of Chief Minister in two days.” He further said that I will not sit on the CM’s chair until the public gives its verdict.
After receiving bail, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced his resignation from his top post during a party meeting this afternoon. He said, “After two days I will resign from the post of Chief Minister. Elections in Delhi are still months away.
I got justice from the legal court, now I will get justice from the court of the people. “I will only sit in the Chief Minister’s chair after the public orders.”
The leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) announced that a party member will become the Chief Minister following his resignation. He said that he will go among the people and seek their support. Kejriwal has also insisted on holding the February elections in the national capital in November, concurrently with the Maharashtra elections.
CM Kejriwal said that Delhi elections are due a few months from today, if you think Kejriwal is honest, then vote in my favour in the upcoming elections. Every vote you cast will be a testament to my honesty. He has alleged that Kejriwal is a thief, I did not come to play the game of power, I came to do something for the country.
