CBSE takes a big decision. Now people are really shocked after CBSE’s decision. Many people do not know that. In September, the CBSE team conducted surprise inspections at several schools in Rajasthan and Delhi. During this period, many types of flaws were found in 27 schools affiliated with the board. These include 22 schools in Delhi and 5 schools in Rajasthan. Among the schools in Rajasthan, two are located in Sikar district and three schools in Kota district. The main objective of this inspection was to ensure that schools are following the norms of regular attendance of students as per the board’s affiliation and examination bye-laws.

Inspection of CBSE

During the inspection, the CBSE officials found that a large number of students were absent from these schools. Not only this, recognition of 21 schools was canceled due to the absence of a large number of students in classes 9th and 12th. Earlier, the schools were issued show cause notices and given 30 days to respond.

As per CBSE, “As a leading national education board with international presence, we have long been committed to pursuing educational reforms, imparting quality education, and promoting holistic development of students. Therefore, we are taking decisive action against running the school only on paper without the presence of children. So that a strong message can be given to those who run such schools. The Board shall make continuous endeavors to ensure that schools follow lawful and ethical educational practices. Therefore, action has also been taken to downgrade six schools from senior secondary to secondary schools.”

According to the information given by CBSE, these inspections were done in the month of September. The answers submitted by the schools were examined in detail by the board. But the board was not satisfied with the response of the schools, and action was taken to cancel the recognition.
