Chaitra Navratri Colours 2025: Navratri has great importance in Hinduism. In the nine days of Navratri, nine forms of Mata Jangadamba are worshipped with rituals. This year, Kalash Sthapana’s auspicious time will be from 6:12 am to 10:22 am. Whereas Abhijit Muhurta for worship will be from 12:01 pm to 12:50 PM. At the same time, devotees will celebrate Mahanavami fast on 6 April in Punvarshu and Pushya Nakshatra.

First day- On the first day of Chaitra Navratri, Mata Shailputri is worshipped. The mother is very fond of yellow and white colours. Therefore, yellow and white clothes should be worn on the first day of Navratri.
Second day- On the second day of Navratri, Mata Brahmacharini is worshipped. White clothes should be worn on this day.
Third day- The third day of Navratri is dedicated to Mata Chandraghanta. The mother is very fond of the colour red. Therefore, red clothes should be worn.
Fourth day- The fourth day of Navratri is dedicated to Mata Kushmanda. Mother likes blue and purple colour very much.
Fifth day- On the fifth day of Navratri, Mother Skandamata is worshipped. On this day, yellow and white coloured clothes are worn.
Sixth day- The sixth day of Navratri is dedicated to Mata Katyayani. It is considered good to wear green colored clothes on this day.
Seventh-day- The seventh day of Navratri is dedicated to Mata Kalratri. On this day one should wear maroon and grey colour.
Eighth day- The eighth day of Navratri is dedicated to Mata Mahagauri. On this day, one should wear white and purple.
