Weather Update:- People feel cold due to strong winds in many country states, including the capital Delhi. Due to strong winds, the temperature has also dropped. Cold has started to be felt once again in the morning and evening. On the other hand, snowfall in the mountains is still possible.
The mood of the weather seems to be changing once again. Talking about the weather of UP, due to strong winds, mild cold is increasing from evening time. For the last few days, along with clear weather in the state, strong winds have been blowing. Today, i.e. on March 6, strong winds are expected to blow at 15 to 25 kilometers per hour.
The Meteorological Department says that the series of strong winds from the northwest direction will continue in Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Rajasthan, Gujarat and North Maharashtra. Also, light to moderate rain is expected in eastern Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. Along with this, an alert has been issued given light rain in some places in Lakshadweep and Kerala. The maximum temperature in Rajasthan and Gujarat can see a further drop.
Heavy rain will occur in these states.
According to the IMD, an alert has been issued, given the heavy rain in many areas of the country. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of sporadic and moderate rain with thunder and lightning in Arunachal Pradesh today, i.e., March 6. Rain is expected in Assam and Meghalaya today.
An alert was issued regarding rain with thunderstorms in Bihar on March 8. Lightning and strong wind can be seen here at 30-40 km per hour. There is a possibility of thunderstorms and lightning in sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim on March 7 and 8.
Rain warning in the mountains
According to the Meteorological Department, disturbances have formed in the western Himalayan part since March 9. Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh will likely experience heavy snowfall and rain from 9 to March 11. The weather in Uttarakhand is expected to deteriorate by March 11. On the one hand, snowfall relieves farmers, but on the other hand, landslides-like situations have affected everyday life.
Bihar Weather Alert
If IMD is to be believed, rain can be recorded in many districts of Bihar on 8 and 9 March. Rain alerts have been issued in Madhepura, Kishanganj, Purnia, Katihar, and Bhagalpur.
