The weather will remain dry in Northeast India (Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya and Tripura) until April 9. Thunderstorms are expected here. Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal and Jharkhand may witness rain with strong winds.
