Israeli army chief Herzi Halevi said their strikes hit the combat infrastructure Hezbollah had been building for two decades. Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant called it “an important peak” in the operation. He said, “This is the most difficult time for Hezbollah since its formation; the result speaks for itself.”
