Jaipur-Ajmer highway truck fire:- So far, 14 people have died tragically in the tanker accident that took place on the morning of December 20 on Jaipur-Ajmer highway in Rajasthan. At the same time, the condition of more than 30 people remains critical.
More than 35 vehicles have been burnt to ashes in this accident. On Friday morning at around 5.30 am, a truck loaded with CNG on the Jaipur-Ajmer highway hit a truck loaded with CNG. After this, there was such a strong blast that its sound was heard up to 10 kilometres away. According to media reports, after the death of Radheshyam, who was a victim of the accident on the Jaipur-Ajmer highway, his family was shattered.
He had left for his job like every day. When he reached Bhankrota, he got caught in the fire and died a painful death. According to the information coming out, Radheshyam had the responsibility of his entire family on his shoulders. His family includes his mother, younger brother, wife,d 14-year-old daughter Ayesh, and 8-year-old son Dixit. After the death of Radheshyam, his family is devastated.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and Health Minister Gajendra Singh Khinvsar visited Sawai Man Singh Hospital, where injured patients were treated. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced compensation of Rs 2 lakh for the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a post on X, wrote – The Prime Minister’s Office expressed grief and said, “Deeply saddened by the death of people in the accident on the Jaipur-Ajmer highway in Rajasthan—condolences to those who lost their loved ones. I wish the injured a speedy recovery. The local administration is helping the affected people.”
Congress leader Sachin Pilot today, Saturday, met the victims of the LPG tanker explosion admitted in Sawai Man Singh Hospital in Jaipur and demanded a detailed investigation into the incident. “Our condolences are with the families whose members have died. The injured are being provided with the best medical aid by doctors of SMS Hospital. After meeting the victim, the pilot told reporters, “Whether traffic rules, road constraints, or precautions to be taken on highways, we musty it. The pilot said there should be a fair and transparent investigation and that accidents are also rising in the country as the number increases. “Governments have to think whether safety norms are being followed seriously,” he said.
