In Sanatan Dharma, the Navratri fast is observed according to the Udaya Tithi, and Puja is performed with rituals. In the year 2024, Chaturthi Tithi is increasing on Navratri, due to this Chaturthi fast will be observed for two days. The Chaturthi fast was observed for two days, on the 6th and 7th of October. Tomorrow, i.e.,. On October 8, the Panchami fast will be observed. Then, on October 9, the Shashthi fast will be observed. In the nine days of Navratri, nine forms of Maa Durga Ji are worshipped with rituals.

Know the rituals of Maa Katyayani Puja and Aarti
To worship Maa Katyayani on the sixth day of Navratri, wake up early in the morning and, after taking a bath, clean the place of worship thoroughly. Then, after worshipping the Kalash, take flowers in your hand, meditate on Maa Durga and Maa Katyayani and offer the flowers at the feet of Maa. Now, after this, offer Akshat, Kumkum, flowers and sixteen adornments to Maa. After that, Maa Katyayani will be offered her favourite blog, honey and sweets. Offer water to Maa Katyayani and recite Durga Chalisa and Durga Saptashati. By doing only this, the Goddess becomes happy, and one gets the blessings of Maa.
