IMD Rain Alert: At this time, it’s raining heavily across the country. For the last few days, rain has been continuing in most of the country’s states. Monsoon rains have created havoc in some states. Continuous heavy rains are causing waterlogging on the roads in many places.

Many villages and towns have become islands. Roads have turned into rivers. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert in light of the heavy rains in many states over the next three days.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in eastern Rajasthan and Uttarakhand for the next three days. However, after this, there may be a decrease in rainfall.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in Madhya Maharashtra, Gujarat, Konkan and Goa today i.e. on September 5. Apart from this, heavy rains are going to continue in Chhattisgarh for the next 7 days, while similar weather is going to prevail in Goa from September 5-10 and in Saurashtra and Kutch till September 5 and 6.

IMD has issued a warning of heavy rain in many areas of the country on Thursday. The alert warns of torrential rain in most areas of Gujarat to Andhra Pradesh for the next two days. Apart from this, heavy rains may continue in Rajasthan and North East India.

According to the Meteorological Department, a red alert has also been issued for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. A warning of heavy rain has been issued in Chandigarh, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Western Uttar Pradesh.

The Meteorological Department predicts that Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will record 11 to 15 cm of rain over the course of 48 hours. There may be heavy rain in Orissa, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand for 5 days.
