Weather IMD Update: The weather is changing once again in Delhi-NCR. Today, i.e. since Friday morning, the sky is cloudy. At the same time, light drizzle has also been seen in some areas today, after which people have started feeling cold. Strong winds have forced people to wear warm clothes. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has also issued an alert regarding thunderstorms and rain in the coming days. Orange and yellow alerts have also been issued in some areas of Delhi NCR.

The minimum temperature in Delhi on Friday morning was recorded at 18.4 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has also expressed the possibility of cloudy weather and rain with thunder throughout the day. Along with rain, there is also a possibility of thunderstorms in Delhi. Given the weather in Ghaziabad, an orange alert has been issued, while the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in Gautam Buddha Nagar.

According to the Meteorological Department, strong winds may blow in Delhi during the days of March 4 and 5. On March 4, the minimum temperature can be recorded at 16 degrees and the maximum at 27 degrees. Apart from this, on March 5, it can be around 14 and 26 degrees. On March 6, the minimum temperature can be recorded at 14 degrees, and the maximum temperature can be recorded at 27 degrees.

Rain warning in Uttarakhand

The weather is still bad here today. Rain and snowfall from the mountain to the plain have increased the cold. Heavy snowfall is happening in Gangotri-Yamunotri and Harshil. Rain continues in most areas of Haridwar, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Tehri, Pauri, Chamoli, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Almora, Nainital and Champawat districts, including Dehradun.

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert given heavy rain and snowfall in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir on February 28 due to Western Disturbance.

At the same time, there will be heavy rain and hailstorms in western Uttar Pradesh and Haryana areas until tonight. There is also an alert of lightning. Rain alerts were issued for Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, on February 28 and Bihar on March 1.
