Winds are expected to blow at 30-40 kmph in western UP and 40-50 kmph in eastern UP. Heavy rains are expected in Varanasi, Amethi, Sultanpur and Sonbhadra. Rains with thunderstorms and thunderstorms can be seen in Mirzapur, Prayagraj, Fatehpur and Pratapgarh.
