In the Indian market, Royal Enfield makes many bikes available for sale in the 350cc segment to 650cc segment. But among these bikes, there are many bikes whose sales have declined. Which are the bikes of the company whose sales have decreased? We are telling you in this news.
Royal Enfield currently offers a wide range of motorcycles in India, including the Hunter 350, Classic 350, Bullet 350, Meteor 350, Scram 411, Himalayan, Guerrilla 450, Super Meteor 650, Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650, Shotgun 650, and the recently launched Bear 650.
November is revving up with the grand reveal of Royal Enfield’s first electric motorcycle and the new scrambler, the Interceptor Bear 650. And here’s the exciting part: three new motorcycles are set to roll out soon! So, buckle up, grab your helmet, and get ready for an epic ride—Royal Enfield is just getting started!
Royal Enfield Interceptor Bear 650
The Interceptor segment is already a hit model of Royal Enfield. The new Interceptor Bear 650 is already launched on November 5th. This scrambler, built on the Interceptor platform, comes with several enhanced features. It gets Showa USD front forks, dual rear shock absorbers, and an all-digital TFT console with Google Maps integration, just like the Himalayan and Guerrilla models. The bike sports dual-purpose tyres, with a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear. Other notable additions include a Type-C charging port, all-LED lighting, and switchable dual-channel ABS.
Royal Enfield Bullet 650: The Legend Returns
The iconic Royal Enfield Bullet is getting ready to be powered by the 650cc parallel-twin engine. Recent spy shots suggest the Bullet 650 may launch in the second half of 2025. This new model is expected to share core components with the Interceptor but will come as a more minimalistic, stripped-down version. It could become the most affordable offering in Royal Enfield’s 650cc range, giving riders a classic experience with modern performance.
Royal Enfield Himalayan Electric: A New Era of Off-Roading
Royal Enfield is stepping into the electric terrain with an all-electric version of the popular Himalayan. Despite sounding like a bold departure from tradition, the company is serious about this project, stating it’s far from just a “showpiece.” Although details about the battery and range haven’t been disclosed yet, the move signals a new direction for Royal Enfield, combining its off-road legacy with cutting-edge electric technology. The electric Himalayan is still in development, but it promises an exciting future for adventure enthusiasts.
Sales Decline Between April-September
According to the latest report from SIAM, vehicle sales for Royal Enfield between April and September 2024-25 totalled 410,843 units. This marks a slight decrease compared to the 416,887 units sold during the same period in 2023-24.

Production Reduction
Royal Enfield also decreased its bike production during April-September 2024-25. The company produced 480,570 units during this period, down from 489,273 units produced in the same months of 2023-24, as per SIAM data.
Focus on Premium Bikes
Despite offering a range of 650cc bikes in India, Royal Enfield continues to focus on the premium segment, which accounts for fewer units than the popular 350cc bikes. Many of these 650cc bikes are targeted at the international market, but they are also available to Indian customers.
