Many states of the country are currently witnessing a slowdown in the pace of rain. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of rain in Punjab-Haryana and Chandigarh today, i.e., on August 18.

According to the Meteorological Department, light/moderate rainfall is likely in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand for the next five days. IMD has issued a forecast for heavy rain in Jammu and Kashmir in the next two days, as well as in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand until August 20.
