Weather Alert: Monsoon is once again seen to be active in different parts of the country. Different states of the country are experiencing heavy rains. In some states, rain is giving relief from the humid heat, while in some states, rainfall has become a cause of trouble for people at some places.

Rain is showing its effect in Delhi-NCR. Intermittent rains have been continuing in Delhi NCR for the last few days. Rain has also caused the maximum temperature to drop. Due to continuous rain in some states, rivers’ water levels have increased significantly.

In addition to this, many places face the threat of flooding. While the floods in Gujarat have provided some relief, the monsoon rains are causing significant damage in many other areas. Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rains in many states of the country.

Heavy rain warnings in Rajasthan

On Tuesday, rain continued in most of Rajasthan’s districts. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains in Ajmer district have completely disrupted life. Heavy rain warning has been issued in 10 districts of Rajasthan.

On Wednesday, IMD warned of heavy rains in 10 of the state’s districts. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather may remain the same for the next three to four days.

It is worth noting that so far the state has received 58 percent more rain than normal. The average rainfall in the monsoon season from June 1 to September 9 in the state is 405.7 mm, while Rajasthan has received 641.6 mm of rain this year.

There will be heavy rain in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, due to the effect of pressure on North Chhattisgarh, a warning has been issued for heavy rain with thunderstorms in Central India today i.e. on September 11. Heavy rain may occur in western Madhya Pradesh on September 11.

Apart from this, heavy rain with thunderstorms has been predicted in Assam, Meghalaya and South Mizoram from September 13 to 14. Many parts of Gujarat expect heavy rains during the next 24 hours. Apart from this, heavy rains can be seen in UP, Uttarakhand, eastern Rajasthan till September 13.

 Uttar Pradesh Weather Alert

According to IMD, a warning has been issued for heavy rains in Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Prayagraj and Pratapgarh of UP. Heavy rains may continue in Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi and Sant Kabir Nagar.

Several locations in the South Indian state of Telangana are experiencing heavy rains at the same time. Heavy rains may occur at some places in Kerala on September 11.
