Weather Update: The weather has changed after rain in Delhi NCR last morning. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature could drop, followed by rain and dense fog this week.
The havoc of the cold is seen in many states, including North India. On Tuesday, strong cold winds significantly increased the cold in many states, including Delhi NCR.
Many flights and trains are also running late due to dense fog. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that heavy snowfall may be seen in some parts of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday.

According to the information, about 150 flights in Delhi were affected by the dense fog on Monday. Cold waves and dense fog prevailed in many districts of Uttar Pradesh today, i.e. Tuesday. Two people died due to cold in Fatehpur and Kanpur, while a farmer also died in Chitrakoot. The Meteorological Department warned that colwavesve and dense fog would likely be present in many districts on January 7 and 8.

According to the Meteorological Department, dense fog may prevail in Garhwa, Palamu, Chatra, Koderma and Giridih. They are also likely to succeed in Deoghar, Godda, Sahibganj, Pakur, Dumka and Jamtara. According to the Meteorological Department, an alert regarding dense fog in Hazaribagh, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, and Saraikela Kharsawan has been issued.
Dense fog in Bihar

Heavy snowfall in Kashmir
Heavy snowfall has occurred here in the last 24 hours. About 15 inches of snow fell in Gulmarg and Gurez, while snowfall of up to 2 feet was recorded in other areas. Light rain and snowfall can also be seen in Kupwara. Snowfall also occurred in Shopian, Pulwama, Anantnag and Kulgam.
