Indian Army has released vacancies for unmarried male and female law graduates through the Short Service Commission (SSC) under the Judge Advocate General branch. Anyone who is willing to apply for this recruitment of the Indian Army can apply till 28 November. A total of 8 posts will be filled through this recruitment. Who can apply for these posts in the Indian Army?

 

Candidates applying for these posts should have LLB (3-year course after graduation or 5-year course after 10+2) with minimum 55% marks from any recognized university. The CLAT PG 2024 score is mandatory for the application.

 

Candidates should be eligible for registration as an advocate with the Bar Council of India or the Bar Council of the State. The concerned degree should be obtained from a college/university recognized by the Bar Council of India.

 

Age Limit

Minimum Age Limit of Candidates: 21 years

Maximum Age Limit of Candidates: 27 years (as on last date of application)

Salary limit

Selected candidates will undergo 49 weeks of training at the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai. During the training, a stipend of Rs 56,100 per month will be given. The following payments will be made thereafter. Apply in www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

The selection process involves two stages:

Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview: There will be an in-depth evaluation of the candidates.
