RSMSSB: Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has made important changes in the online application process for the upcoming recruitment examinations.
Under the 13 new guidelines issued by the board, the application process has been made more strict and transparent. Candidates will be given the facility to make amendments in the application twice, but any change in name, father’s name and date of birth will not be valid.

Also, biometric verification and face scanning have been made mandatory at the examination centers. If any kind of error is found in the application, the candidature can be canceled.
New rules related to online application and amendment
Amendment facility: The candidate will be allowed to make amendments in the application up to two times—first time during the application and second time one month before the examination.
Mandatory details:
On making any amendment in the application, the candidate will have to provide the new amended data to the board in the form of a soft copy.
Application withdrawal: If a candidate wants to withdraw his application for any reason, he will get this opportunity in a period of three days one month before the examination.
Academic certificate: It will be mandatory to upload the certificate of educational qualification during the application. Final year students will have to submit the mark sheet of the previous year and the receipt of the admission fee.
Action on wrong information: If wrong information is given in the application or there is a mistake in uploading the document, then the candidature can be canceled.
Confirmation of information: It will be mandatory to fill all the information correctly. If any error is found, the board can reject the application.
Biometric verification: The identity of the candidate will be verified by biometric and face scanning at the examination centers. Without verification, permission will not be given to appear in the examination.
Aadhaar card mandatory: Aadhar card will be required for entry into the examination center.
Email and WhatsApp update: If an error is found in the application, the candidate will have to give information through email or WhatsApp.
Changes not possible after the examination: Any kind of change in the application will not be accepted after the examination.
Category change unacceptable: After applying for a particular category (like PH, Sports), it cannot be changed. If the certificate is not submitted, the candidate will be retained in the original category.
Document verification mandatory: If the documents submitted by the candidate do not match the information given in the application, the candidature can be cancelled
Debarment action: If any serious error or wrong information is found, the candidate can be banned from future examinations.
The board has advised the candidates to be cautious while filling the application and warned of strict legal action in case of any irregularity.
