The Bajaj Pulsar N125 is powered with a 125 cc engine and has manual transmission. It comes with a chain drive system and follows BS6 Phase 2 standards. Its engine configuration is a single-cylinder type having a single plug with wet multiplate clutches. The bike is a petrol variant with the fuel-injection system.

Suspension has provided it with a telescopic fork up front and a mono shock absorber at the rear. The braking system comprises a front disc brake and a rear drum brake, which is more than sufficient for stopping purposes.
