Recipe for making Mix Veg
First of all, cut the vegetables into one-inch-long pieces. Now, you have to fry these vegetables in oil. Add 3 to 4 teaspoons of oil to fry all these vegetables and the cauliflower. Then, fry the carrots and beans well. After the vegetables are fried, add whole spices to the remaining oil and fry, which takes a bay leaf, black pepper, cloves, and green cardamom. Now add finely chopped onion and fry. When the onions are fried well, add the crushed ginger-green chilli paste. To enhance the taste, add tomato paste.
Fry them very well and add red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder to the oil. Add some water and mix. Add salt to it according to taste and add all the fried vegetables. Add garam masala, kasuri methi, and coriander leaves. Mix, cover, and cook for two minutes. Restaurant-style mixed veg is ready. Serve it with roti or paratha.
