Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon

Cloves – 3-4

Bay leaves – two

Cardamom – 2

Dry red chillies – 2

Cinnamon – 2

Oil – 2 teaspoons

Chopped onions – 2

Ginger pieces – one small bowl

Mutton – 500 grams

Turmeric teaspoon – 2 teaspoons

Red chilli powder – 2 teaspoons

Salt – according to taste

Water – one cup

Make Mutton Curry in these ways:

First, make Mutton Curry. Take a pressure cooker, add two tablespoons of oil, and let it crackle. Add cumin seeds, cloves, bay leaves, cardamom, dry red chillies, cinnamon and fry for about a minute. When it is fried well, add chopped onions, cook well, and keep stirring. Then, when it is cooked, add ginger pieces to keep stirring. Now, when the onion turns golden, add small pieces of mutton, close the cooker, and add it.
