Carrot: one piece

Capsicum: one big

Green chilli: three to four

Cumin powder: one teaspoon

Gram flour: one cup

Semolina: 1/4 cup

Curd: 1/4 cup

Turmeric powder: one teaspoon

Water: 1 cup

Prepare Paneer Besan Chilla in this way:

First, you must take a bowl and grate the paneer pieces. After this, grate carrot, capsicum, tomato, green chilli, onion and put everything together in this bowl. Mix all these ingredients well and add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, and cumin powder. Then, cover them and keep them on one side.

You must take another bowl, combine gram flour, semolina, and curd, and then mix water while beating lightly. After this, combine salt and turmeric powder and cover this batter.

Then, put a pan on the gas and apply some oil all over it with the help of a brush. Now spread the prepared batter in a round shape. When it gets cooked a little, remember it does not break, and turn it over. Now, spread the paneer stuff in the bowl over it and add it gradually. Let it cook, then fold the chilla like a dosa. Here, yummy paneer besan chilla is ready quickly. It would be best if you tried it with green chutney or sauce.
