These ingredients will be needed to make bitter gourd vegetable

Bitter gourd – 300 grams

Water – half a bowl

Salt – one teaspoon

Turmeric powder – one teaspoon

Oil – 3 medium size spoons

Onion – 3

Ginger – 1

Garlic – four to five

Green chillies – three to four

Ground coconut powder – two tablespoons

Tomatoes – 2

Kashmiri chillies – 1 teaspoon

Curd – 2 tablespoons

Prepare tasty bitter gourd quickly in this way

First, cut the bitter gourd from the middle into four parts and remove the seeds. Now, take water in a bowl and add salt and turmeric to it. Mix well, and put all these bitter gourds in it for about 15 minutes.

Take a pan, heat the oil, and add chopped onions. After the onions are cooked, add ginger, garlic, green chillies and coconut. Fry all of them till they turn brown. Now, put all the ingredients in the pan in a mixing jar, add tomatoes, and paste.

Remove the water from the bitter gourd, squeeze them well, and fry them in the pan. Now put one spoon of oil in the pan again and add one spoon of cumin seeds, one teaspoon of Kashmiri chilli powder and the ingredients prepared in the mixer. Add coriander, turmeric, and chilli powder a little bit to it. After frying them well for 5 minutes, add curd and stir well. Add some water and keep stirring, then add the fried bitter gourd. Let them cook covered for 5-10 minutes.

After that, serve them hot and eat.
