Personal credit card being used in business transactions

The bank has informed us that in many cases people have used personal credit cards to do business-related transactions. Also, reward points are being earned by paying bills of other people. Along with this, HDFC Bank has said that no reward points will be given for making education payments through third-party apps like Cred, Paytm, Cheque, and Mobikwik.
