The Hero Xtreme 160R 4V bike is powered by a 163.2 cc, single-cylinder, air and oil-cooled engine that produces 16.6 bhp and 14.6 Nm of peak torque. The motor is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The bike gets USD forks at the front and a preload adjustable monoshock at the rear, while braking performance comes from disc brakes on both sides.

The Hero Xtreme 160R 4V is built on a diamond-type frame. The bike gets KYB inverted forks and a 7-step pre-load adjustable monoshock. The braking setup consists of a 276mm petal disc at the front and a 220mm petal disc at the rear, with dual-channel ABS.
