Hyundai Ioniq: Hyundai India has released the breakup data of its July sales. The company sold a total of 49,013 units last month. This figure was 50,103 units in June. That is, it faced degrowth on a monthly basis. However, Creta played an important role in the company’s sales. Creta was also the best-selling car in the country.

Along with Creta, sales of models like Exterior, Venue, Aura, i20, i10 Nios were also good. However, the company’s electric four-wheeler segment looked quite weak. Only 36 units of the only Ioniq 5 Electric in the company’s portfolio were sold. The company has already discontinued Kona EV.

Its 95 units were sold in January, 66 units in February, 65 units in March, 45 units in April, 42 units in May, 30 units in June and 36 units in July. In this way, a total of 379 units were sold. On an average, only 54 units are being sold. It was also the lowest selling car among Hyundai’s 10 models.

Its electric motor generates 217hp of power and 350Nm of torque. This car also supports 800 watt superfast charging. The company claims that it gets charged from 10 to 80% in 18 minutes of charging.
