According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains can be recorded in Jhansi, Banda, Chitrakoot, Bijnor, Moradabad, Lalitpur, and surrounding areas. Whereas, a yellow alert has been issued in view of rain in many districts, including Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Sant Kabirnagar, Shravasti, Sitapur, Kanpur, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Agra, and Firozabad.

According to the IMD, heavy rains can be seen in Aurangabad, Banka, Bhagalpur, Gaya, Jamui, Katihar, Munger, Nawada, and Rohtas in the next 3 days.
